8 inches fell Sunday, and it continued throughout the day on Monday. As usual, we got more than NOAA forecasted and Silver Mtn. reported (3 inches).
Perfect conditions for a day of guided ski touring in some of the steep places we can’t reach with the snowcat. Here are a few pics from Sunday’s tour in the Crystal Lakes Basin. The snowpack was solid for a day skiing some steep lines in our ski touring terrain.
